About the Role
Job Responsibilities- Assist in administrative tasks in support of document controls services of the project.
- Maintain files of drawings, project reports, specifications, instructions, submittals and other documentation.
- Assist in uploading documents to electronic systems to store and track communications and log documents.
- Assist in preparing process and status reports and monitoring document numbers.
- Assist staff at all levels with day-to-day administrative duties.
- Assist in setting up and running of drawing register and folder.
- Diploma / Degree Qualified.
- Efficient administration skills and understanding Aconex.
- Good understanding of Document Management process.
