Job Title: Business Development Officer
Description: Qureos is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Officer to join our team in Oman. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our office, managing relationships with customers, and expanding our service provider network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors
- Handles Braxtone Club Program and expands the service provider network
- Collects funds from Garages and enrolls service providers in the program
- Conducts market research and analyzes data
- Obtains new product suppliers and markets the company
- Collects and analyzes market data
- Understands the business by conducting research
- Manages relationships with customers (insurance, brokers, and agencies)
- Arranges meetings with potential clients (insurance, brokers, and agencies)
- Assists with the management of service providers (acquiring new providers and facilitating discounts)
- Handles customer complaints in collaboration with office administration
- Manages public relations with Omani ministries and banks
- Assists with digital media advertising
- Works to arrange events and promotions to enhance sales and awareness of the company in Oman
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative support and business development roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in digital media advertising and event planning
- Knowledge of the Omani business environment and regulations
