Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing leads, preparing sales materials, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients.

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a vital part in our sales process, working closely with the sales team to ensure internal deadlines are met and providing support for upcoming client meetings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Internal Coordination & Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure internal deadlines are met and provide support for upcoming client meetings.
  • Appointment Scheduling & Follow-Up: Coordinate and schedule appointments with high-profile clients, confirming meetings and managing follow-ups.
  • Client Communication & Inbound Lead Management: Manage inbound communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses to every lead.
  • Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing sales decks, primarily using established templates with occasional customizations for specific clients.
  • CRM Proficiency: Manage and move deals through the CRM system. Training on HubSpot will be provided.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain organization to manage multiple tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and keep detailed records of interactions.
