Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly commercial site reports, including time sheets and progress reports, invoices, debit notes, inter-site debit notes & site cash.
  2. Manage and organize construction documentation, including contracts, permits, and project plans, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance.
  3. Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations for the Site Commercial Manager and other stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
  4. Monitor and manage project expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment costs, to ensure optimal resource allocation and minimize waste.
  5. Support the site team in various administrative tasks as required, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes efficiency and productivity.
  6. Supervise office clerks, controllers, camp in charge, and storekeepers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Collaborate with the Accounting Department in monthly and yearly closing procedures, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
