We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strong relationships with clients, and promoting our products/services to meet customer needs.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs to exceed customer expectations.
  2. Responsible for customer assistance, cash register operation, sales/monetary transactions, opening/closing procedures.
  3. Maintain positive customer and employee relations; handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, if complaint not sorted, report it immediately to line manager.
  4. Assist with inventory, display, merchandising and placement of stock on sales floor, stock rotation and mark-downs to achieve sales targets.
  5. Assist with tidying up or arranging merchandise and housekeeping tasks to ensure neat, clean and safe working environment.
  6. Use proper handling techniques and equipment to ensure safe handling of merchandise.
  7. Manage to create quotation based on price list provided by HO, follow up with customer, record details of inquiries, comments.
  8. Follow store policies and procedures as well as general company policies.
  9. Be aware of possible damage, theft or potential safety hazards, reporting observations immediately to line manager.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Qualification: High School or Equivalent Experience.
  2. Minimum Experience: Prior retail experience preferably in Fitness Industry.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Customer Service / Product Knowledge / Grooming / Merchandising / Self-Management / Cash Till Operations.

Bilingual / Communication Skills / Interpersonal Skills / Problem Solving.
