Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Drive sales performance and revenue growth, aligning with hotel objectives and targets.
- Guest Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving issues efficiently.
- Team Performance: Supervise and develop the sales team, promoting a culture of growth, development, and performance.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize sales department operations, controlling costs and inventory while meeting productivity and performance targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hotel teams and suppliers.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, best practices, and company policies, facilitating audit readiness and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Hospitality Expertise: Proven experience in hospitality sales, with expertise in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.
