About the Role

The Senior Sales Director will lead and drive sales strategies for Harweel Integrated, focusing on business development, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue growth in the facilities management sector. This role requires extensive experience in selling services related to Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), BMS, HVAC, ELV, MEP, and other related systems.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and increase revenue in the GCC region.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful renewal of contracts.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, driving them to meet and exceed sales targets in the facilities management sector, with a focus on AMCs, BMS, HVAC, ELV, and MEP systems.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a focus on facilities management, AMC management, and technical services such as BMS, HVAC, ELV, and MEP. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is also required.

  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership, managing and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Extensive knowledge of business development, client management, and sales strategy in the GCC region, with experience in Oman being preferred.
