About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Revenue Growth to join our team at Bali Jobs Recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a revenue growth strategy that drives business results and increases market share.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business results in a luxury hospitality environment and will possess strong business acumen and ability to create objectives and make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement a revenue growth strategy that drives business results and increases market share.
  • To lead and manage a sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
  • To maintain close relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the market.
  • To continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity and provide recommendations for future growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering business results and increasing revenue growth.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to create objectives and make strategic decisions.
