Senior Recruitment Consultant

NES Fircroft is a global workforce solutions provider to the oil & gas, energy, and engineering industries. We are currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Muscat, Oman.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients in the Oil & Gas sector.  This includes sourcing and engaging with candidates, managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the growth of our business. 

Key responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for clients across an established Oil & Gas contract desk.
Strong workflow 
Source and engage with candidates using a variety of sourcing methods
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
Ensure a smooth hiring process for clients and candidates
Contribute to the growth and success of our businessYou'll be a great fit if you have;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the oil & gas, energy or engineering industries
Proven track record of success in managing recruitment processes and building client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
